My dear ones, because our sweet and juicy Romanian strawberries appeared, it was impossible not to take advantage of them to make a super fragrant and delicious seasonal dessert. Because I had a cold and I didn't feel well, I chose a simple but very good recipe, strawberry muffins. They are ready in 30 minutes and flood your kitchen with the unmistakable scent of fresh strawberries. They are excellent for breakfast or as a sweet snack either for children as a dessert or as a package for school or grades. After they have cooled, they can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen. They can then be reheated for 10 minutes in the oven and you will have strawberry muffins, fresh whenever you feel like it.
- 330 gr (2 cups) of flour
- 200 gr (1 cup) chopped strawberries
- 190 gr (3 / 4cup) sugar
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) oil
- 3 husband eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of baking powder (10 gr)
- 135 ml milk (1/2 cup)

RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry muffins (video recipe):
In a large bowl put flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well. Separately mix the oil with the milk and eggs and mix well. Pour the liquid ingredients over the solid ones and mix lightly with a spatula. Add the washed and diced strawberries and mix well the whole composition. In a muffin tray we put disposable papers and fill each recess of the tray with dough, so that each recess is 3/4 full. Put the tray in the preheated oven, at 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
