Champagne Cobbler

Break out the bubbly and the pineapple juice for a tasty Champagne Cobbler.

  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 4 oz Champagne
  • Garnish: lemon peel
  1. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice and maraschino liqueur to a mixing glass and stir to combine.

  2. Add the Champagne and fill with ice.

  3. Stir again gently and strain into a Champagne flute.

  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
