Boat House Punch

The citrusy, bubbly Boat House Punch is both gorgeous and delicious.

  • 9 oz Dorothy Parker American gin
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 oz Aperol
  • 9 oz St-Germain
  • 9 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 9 oz Orange juice
  • 9 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 bottle Rosé Champagne (6 oz)
  • Garnish: Orange wheels
  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the lemon peel and sugar.

  2. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and stir briefly.

  4. Garnish with orange wheels.
