Hudson Highland Cup

With apple butter, maple syrup and hard cider, this cocktail from Tippling Bros. is like fall in a cup.

  • 2 oz Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1 tsp Apple butter
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Grade A maple syrup
  • 1 dash Pastis
  • Hard cider
  • Garnish: 1 Apple slice
  1. Add all the ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

  3. Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
