During Prohibition, the simple gin-and-orange-juice Orange Blossom tipple was a big hit among illicit imbibers. The recipe, which is similar to a Screwdriver, was a perfect way to disguise the flavor of booze. Try one for yourself to find out why it was such a hit with the flapper set.
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce orange juice
- Garnish: orange wedge
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
