
Add a little rum to the Sidecar and you get this provocatively named classic.
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Triple sec
- 1 oz Light rum
- 1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: Flamed orange peel
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Flame an orange peel over the glass and discard before serving.
