This version of a Brass Monkey, made famous by the Beastie Boys, uses a chilled glass and cold beer, instead of a warm 40-ounce bottle.
- 12 ounces light lager
- 4 ounces fresh orange juice
- Garnish: orange wheel
Fill a chilled beer glass with the lager, and top with the orange juice.
Garnish with an orange wheel.
